How A School District Destroyed A Family: The Story of Joshua and Rachel

Joshua and Rachel have been unlawfully targeted by the Cranston School District in Rhode Island due to a personal vendetta against the couple. The school district favored inaccurate information from his ex-wife over Josh on multiple occasions. And both Josh and Rachel were outspoken critics of the school districts Covid-19 protocols, where much of the school districts vendetta stems from.

It started in 2019 when Josh was unlawfully arrested for picking up his daughter due to his ex-wife removing him off the schools "emergency care card" without his knowledge. The school took the word of the mother over that of the father.

The school district again took the word of the mother over the father in 2022 when Josh went to pick up his daughter after she texted him about a feminine emergency. The school refused to let him take her home to change clothes due to an old court order which prevented either parent to take their child without the permission of the other parent. But that court order was no longer valid.

A new court order allowed either parent to take the child out of school as needed. But the mother lied and told the school district it was still valid and didn't give permission for their daughter to be taken out of school. Josh was unlawfully thrown to the ground and arrested by the school's resource officers despite video evidence that Josh was at the exit doors and did not pose any physical harm to the officers. A no trespass order was then placed on Josh despite him never receiving.

The story unfortunately does not end there. The parents found a note from their daughter where she described how her teacher makes her want to hurt herself and then found sexually explicit content on her laptop sent by other students at the school. When Josh and Rachel sought help from the school and how to proceed with all of this information, the school principal refused to sit down and talk to them about it in private.

When Josh and Rachel tried to take this information to the school's superintendent, they were not let inside due to Josh's "no trespass order" that had never been given or communicated to him. When Josh and Rachel heard siren's, they decided to leave to avoid any further confrontation at that moment. They soon received a call from their lawyer who said the school district was going place an arrest on Josh for violating the no trespass order, but also place an arrest for Rachel!

Both Josh and Rachel have unlawfully been arrested. The Cranston school district, who favored incorrect information from the mother and used their personal vendetta against Josh to drive a wedge into their family and personal lives needs to be held accountable!
