Employee walks off job due to rain. The next-day talk. What would you say?

VLOG 468 💖💲 ✌ Whenever you have employees there will be misunderstandings. Today’s video shows you just how specific you must be when explaining your expectations to your employees. JT had told John that he would work around the one day every other week that John had requested. John assumed we’d work around other days as well. We had to clear that up. JT also told him that his hours were 8am till 4:30pmish. Sometimes later….sometimes earlier. John had started showing up around 7:30am-7:45pm and expected to be paid for that. That’s now cleared up. Start time is 8am. JT should have also explained that he’s the boss. He shows up whenever he pleases. ACME Mowing is in it's 6th year. We're going to make the 2023 mowing and lawn care season our best one yet!
