3. After the call, leave the estate and head towards the nearby Vice City News building. There, you'll find a rooftop helipad with a Maverick helicopter.

4. Get inside the helicopter and start flying towards the harbor area. The Maverick is equipped with bombs, which you'll use to destroy the boats.

5. Once you reach the harbor, you'll see a series of red-marked boats. Position the helicopter above each boat and drop bombs by pressing the fire button.

6. Be careful to avoid crashing into buildings or other obstacles while flying the helicopter. If you crash or destroy the helicopter, you'll fail the mission and have to restart.

7. Destroy all the boats in the harbor. As you progress, you'll face increasing resistance from enemy boats and even a sniper on a rooftop. Use the Maverick's firepower to defend yourself.
