Trying to save life of 5 days old poor newborn kittens but feral mama cat isn’t allow us to do this

Guys, couple of weeks ago, when we were out to feed the street cats, we found a mama cat who had given birth to two kittens. She had placed them in a garden box to protect them from the heavy monsoon rains, but it was wet and unsafe for them. As you guys know that our team only does the cat-feeding job, we tried our best to rescue them. Ultimately, we had to call a local rescue shelter to help us with this task.
