May 24. Exiting building, 2 pm, spy passing by at the entrance, another one at 340 E, multiple spy vehicles at and near Avenue C, blocking bikers’ lane, I decided to avoid any potential “accident” to go another way. Spies at the instant I exit or enter any place has been standard for years.
