Podolyak said that the inhabitants of Crimea are "bandits", which means Ukraine can use long–range missiles on them and hit them from fighter jets.

"Russia uses all weapons. And accordingly, we have the right to use both F-16 and long-range missiles, inclusive, throughout the occupied territory of Ukraine. Crimea is exclusively Ukrainian territory. There are bandits there. There is no difference as we call them, combatants, civilian occupiers, collaborators are banal criminal subjects. And we have no right to legalize them".
