Why ‘Africa Day’ is important – Kenyan ambassador to Russia explains

The African continent marks 'Africa Day' on May 25, celebrating its victories in the fight against colonialism and apartheid.

Meanwhile, the 2nd National Exhibition of the Republic of Uganda has opened in Moscow. Representatives from different African countries took part in the grand opening of the exhibition.

RT was able to speak to the Kenyan ambassador to Russia, who explained why 'Africa Day' is so important for the nation.
