The Best Alfaham Roasted Chicken Recipe: Healthy and Delicious!

Recipes Ingredient.
First Marination-
🔸3 chicken leg & thigh
🔸2-3 tbsp curd
🔸Salt- to taste
🔸1/2 tsp black pepper powder
🔸1 tsp lemon juice
🔸2 tsp ginger garlic paste

Marinate the chicken in above ingredients for 15-30mins

Alfaham spice mix-
🔸1.5 tsp coriander/ dhaniya seeds
🔸5-6 cloves/ laung
🔸3-4 green cardamom/ hari elaichi
🔸6-8 black peppercorns/ kali mirch
🔸1 tsp fennel/ sauf seeds
🔸1 inch cinnamon stick
🔸1 tsp cumin/ zeera seeds

Dry roast the whole spices & grind into powder

Second Marination-
🔸1 medium onion roughly cut
🔸1 medium tomato roughly cut
🔸2-3 green chillies
🔸1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
🔸2-3 tbsp oil
🔸Pinch of food color
