Putin's 'deadly' warning to Ukraine over Belgorod incursions; 'Russia Will Respond Harshly'

Russia has threatened Kyiv of 'extremely' harsh and a prompt response to all future incursions. This after Moscow deployed jets and artillery in Belgorod to fight off saboteurs that entered Belgorod.
