5/18/2023 While Xi Jinping was enjoying the China-Central Asia Summit, during which he met with many heads of state, and showcased the "Four Confidences," residents living in an apartment building outside the ancient city walls of Xi'an were prohibited from opening their windows. They were even forbidden from opening their curtains or turning on the lights!
