This is your time, a time for total relaxation and inner stillness. In this guided meditation, you will have an opportunity to relax your body very deeply, to calm and center your mind, and to go into an expanded state of awareness where you can ask for and receive messages that are important to you. First, find a quiet place to comfortably sit or lie down where you will not be disturbed. Shut off your phone, close the door, dim the lights, do whatever you need to do to ensure that you will not be disturbed during this exercise. I will guide you through a body relaxation, Robert Monroe's affirmation, and then you will experience a free flowing period of calming hemisync signals where you can perceive far beyond the limits of the five physical senses where you can ask questions to which you desire an answer. Now you will put into your security repository box all of your present worries anxieties and concerns. Then you can relax free of these mental or emotional burdens. Say in your mind, say to yourself, I am more than my physical body. Because I am more than physical matter, I can perceive that which is greater than the physical world. Therefore, I deeply desire to expand, to experience, to know, to understand, to control, to use such greater energies and energy systems as may be beneficial and constructive to me and to those who follow me. Now I invite you to imagine yourself in a quiet, special setting of your choice. This is an expanded state of awareness where you can perceive far beyond the limits of the five physical senses. You can ask questions to which you desire an answer, or ask for any messages that might be important to you. Be open to all possibilities. What is the most important thing I need to know and understand at this time? Now that you have located this special quiet place within, know that you can return here any time you feel the need or desire to be at peace, or to get answers, to get answers to questions you may be looking for. It is time now to prepare to return to full physical waking consciousness. I will count you from 10 to 1, where you will feel totally awake and refreshed. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, feeling more alert and awake. 5, 4, 3, more and more awake.
