The Biden administration continues to push policies that disregard the rights of parents in regards to their children's education . Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona recently tweeted that "teachers know what is best for their kids," completely disregarding the role of parents in their child's upbringing. Similarly, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre's recent remarks on the red carpet regarding "gender-affirming care" have been widely condemned and further alienated conservative voices. Cardona and Jean-Pierre both faced backlash on social media, including calls for their resignation. As parents, we have a right to be involved in our children's education decisions, rather than being belittled and ignored by the government.
