UN pledges $2.4 billion in aid for Horn of Africa

Countries from around the world gathered at the United Nations to pledge 2.4 billion dollars in humanitarian assistance for the Horn of Africa on Wednesday (May 24). UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called the situation a "crisis on top of crises."
