White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre expressed condolences to rock legend Tina Turner and her family on Wednesday when the news of her passing reached the press room. Jean-Pierre said it was the first she was hearing of the musician’s death and called Turner’s passing a “massive loss.”
