44year old Christopher Neely, the uncle of Jordan Neely, who died after being restrained because he was threatening people with violence on a New York subway, was arrested late Monday night 5-22-2023 near the Port Authority Bus Terminal after being confronted by a member of the NYPD’s pickpocket team

He has over 70 prior arrests and had two active warrants when he was arrested and has spoken out against Daniel Penny, the former Marine accused of using a fatal chokehold on his nephew saying “He needs to be prosecuted or he will do it again.” as well as “It’s a smack in the face for Jordan’s family and the people of New York… has to be taught what he did was wrong.”

Time to take his advice, lock him up and this time don't let him out again or HE WILL DO IT AGAIN over and over just like he's been doing, enough is enough, as he stated, letting him go free again would be like a smack in the face to everyone living in New York, again
