Nikki Haley agrees to sign abortion ban, but says the possibility is unlikely to pass in Senate

Speaking at St. Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire on Wednesday, Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley said she would sign an abortion ban as president if there was a national consensus. Haley added that passing a federal ban was “not anywhere close” to happening without 60 votes needed to pass in the Senate.
