In this video I check out a couple new houses, the first is a high ranch, where there's still a tenant living on the first floor. The second floor however, is a total disaster, covered in garbage and animal droppings. It must've belonged to a hoarder at one point, and it's hard to imagine anybody lived like that. So I try to figure out what I'll do with the property, and if that downstairs tenant is willing to relocate to a newer and nicer location. Then I check out another property, which may be clean cosmetically, but stinks like nothing I've smelled before. All that and more in this vlog.
