During an interview with Arise News Television, Ms. Kadaria emphasized, "The first prerequisite is securing the highest number of votes. The second requirement is to receive at least 25% of the vote in a minimum of 24 states, including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), which is an integral part of Nigeria."

She further explained, "This implies that in the FCT, you must secure 25% of the total votes. Therefore, even if you win those 24 states, it becomes problematic if you fail to attain 25% in the FCT.
