You could be sued for Slander (verbal) & Libel (written) defamation of character if the 4 following pillars are met:

1) Harmful rumors/gossip are True or Untrue
2) Published (ex: social media post)
3) Injurious (harmful or injury to the character or reputation of the person being accused of negative behavior).
4) Unprivileged (not in a court of Law, under oath).
