Rep. Torres: Democrats miscalculated by not raising debt ceiling in December

Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-NY) says Democrats are living with the consequences of not raising the debt ceiling in December: “The greatest regret that we should have is the failure to raise the debt ceiling limit back in December, when the Democrats were in control of both chambers of Congress.”
