You always hear people talk about being in the present moment. But no one tells you how to actually do that. This video explains it. And pretty much we all know what our five senses are. If you want to be fully present in the moment that you are currently living in. Simply go through every sense that you have and then use your surroundings to pinpoint what that sense is sensing. An example would be me being at a beach. I want to be present so I start with my sense of smell. I could be smelling salt water, or suntan lotion. You would do as follows with the remaining senses. Do this in any situation you experience to help enhance it and make it more memorable.
