Chad Concolino - Southern California Real Estate

Chad was born and raised in Orange County, CA. He attended and graduated from UCLA where he had the honor of playing Baseball under Legendary Coach Gary Adams. He was honored to be the Team Captain of the Bruin’s baseball team.

After UCLA, Chad lived in Costa Rica for 7 years. Has organized and facilitated countless vacations for people all over the world traveling to Costa Rica seeking out luxury vacation homes. During his early years living in Costa Rica, Chad began selling Real Estate and managing properties.

Chad now primarily sells and leases Luxury Real Estate in Orange County and manages over 50 properties throughout Orange County. This inventory includes commercial offices, large residential apartment complexes, condos and high end Vacation Homes. Chad was on the team of agents selling homes from $18,000,000 and down such as 9Lagunita.com and 11Lagunita.net. He has leased properties from $75,000 a month and down such as 770pelican.com.

Having lived all over Orange County, Chad is a wealth of knowledge. There is no area in Orange County that Chad will not help his clients.

A great pastime of his was being assistant coach to the CIF winning Laguna Beach High School baseball team. He takes great pride in this opportunity to give back to young baseball players in the community.

To Chad, his greatest accomplishment was finishing a 50 Mile Ultra marathon in a little over 12 hours at up to 5,100 elevation. This helped raise almost $65,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project.
