Who Is Joe Biden?

Who is Joe Biden? That is the question that has baffled the “Truth Community” almost since the day this man was elected as President of the United States. And there is good reason to ask this question. He looks almost completely different than he used to. His eye color is different. His ear lobes are different. His nose, eyes, head and whole facial structure are different than the Joe Biden that we knew as the Vice President for Barack Obama. This change in appearance (as well as his voice) seems to have started sometime in 2019.
Some speculate he is a body double, a clone, a robotoid and there is even some evidence that suggests at least some of his televised appearances were actually CGI and Joe wasn’t even really talking. Also, for an 80-year-old man, he sure has taken his fair share of bad trips, slips and falls. How does he bounce back from these so quickly if he is really that old?
