Upper bod w plates 👏🏻✨
A few exercises from today’s session 💙💗 just a quick one ready for a day of bbq and pool chilling, it was the greatest!! 🌞🌞
1️⃣ incline reverse flyes - 12 reps X 4
2️⃣ bicep curl into tricep push ups - 10 reps each X 3
3️⃣ static held front raise - other arm lateral to front raise - 8 per arm X 4
I also did bent over flyes, tricep kickbacks and sprints!! Wearing one of my fave summery combos 😍🌈
