Portable 18V mini oven prototype tested with a Ryobi battery baking bread

Recently I built a small electric field oven prototype that is portable and can be powered by a variety of sources, including an 18V power tool battery and a 100w solar panel. Having cooked chicken and hot dogs in it with nothing but a 100w solar panel, I wanted to try cooking off of a tool battery. In this short video, I tested the oven with a Ryobi 18V battery and attempted to bake bread.
