Low ,Very Cloudy Conditions, Turning UFO High Speed Flyby

Despite the cloudy rainy conditions, I fished with my pointer and received a nice. bright flyby over the East Coast of Florida. This just happened to be the only clear area in the sky. The object actually turned as it went down
