Good Idea about Longevity, Searching For Validation and Consistency

This week I was inconsistent uploading the weekly video but I had an idea about the longevity space and I have been asking family and friends for validation on the idea and what they think of it. I posted about it on subreddits and I have to be more consistent with the videos this week.
