Spanish conversations [B1-C1] - PART 2

I had a new conversation with Natalia, my Colombian tutor. Today (part 2) we went overs some of the "problems" in Colombia with gentrification in Colombia, and in particular in Medellín, that is an ongoing issue. The influx of foreigners has caused a surge in prices and rental prices, which obviously affects the local population negatively. Natalia also brought up some of the recent problems in Bogotá, with new criminal groups emerging.
