Alchemy Resources (ASX: ALY) chief executive officer James Wilson joins Small Caps to discuss the company's promising battery metals targets in NSW and Western Australia.

On the east coast, the company is investigating the nickel and cobalt potential of the West Lynn project near Ningan.

Alchemy is also following up promising historic data from the Yellow Mountain mine where copper, gold, lead, and zinc mineralisation have been identified.

In the west the company is excited about its new discovery at the Karonie battery metals target.

Soil sampling and rock-chip sampling results have confirmed outcropping lithium mineral pegmatite's which were identified in a previous drilling campaign.

Alchemy is currently finalising drill planning to test new gravity target areas.
