Nargisi Kofta Kebab Recipe | नरगिसी कोफ्ता | Very Delicious Recipe | Dil_seart
Ingredients:
500g minced lamb meat
4 boiled eggs
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
Oil for frying
For the gravy:
2 onions, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, add minced lamb meat, chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and gram flour. Mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts. Take one part of the mixture and flatten it in the palm of your hand.
Place a boiled egg in the center of the flattened mixture and wrap the meat around the egg to form a ball.
Repeat the same process with the remaining mixture and eggs.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the meatballs until they are golden brown in color. Drain on paper towels and keep aside.
For the gravy, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and fennel seeds. Fry until fragrant.
Add chopped onions and fry until golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, and garam masala. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
Add yogurt and cream and mix well. Cook for a minute and turn off the heat.
Place the fried meatballs in the gravy and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice or naan.
