The chief's beloved intern, Stanley, from the BYU in the rocky mountain corridor, shared this citation with the chief, which he took to be brilliant, noting this works counter to the effectiveness of beautifully articulated language, and the CCP, loves to have western culture degraded, in art, music, entertainment, in every possible way, and for sure in language and self expression. Bring the language down to be crass and vulgar, let not people discipline their minds to express themselves with beautiful and varied vocabulary, just have them F-bomb every noun, verb and adjective. These, the chief asserts, are "dumb, dumb, dumbies" who speak with expletives.

"Profanity is the attempt of a feeble mind to express itself forcibly."
~Spencer Kimball

The chief found that Whitney Webb and the boys at the PBD podcast, were not going along with the dumbed down f-bomb culture of poor ability to communicate effectively without use of profanity. The PBD Podcast was clean and clear of such vulgarity, but on a higher plain of existence and expression, which might entice soccer mom's to listen in, as opposed to other podcasts that are endlessly dropping the f-bomb.
