Tulsi Defends Subway Killer's 'Protector Mindset'

Thomas Kenniff, the attorney for former Marine Daniel Penny, told Fox News that Penny stands by his actions in choking out Jordan Neely on the subway, and that Neely's death was "not something he intended, it's not something he caused, so ..."

The Five crew, joined by Tulsi Gabbard, discussed Daniel Penny and whether he will ever regain a good reputation in society.

Tulsi believes that he will because he is very clear about where he was coming from when he choked out Jordan Neely: "For those like Penny who have this protector mindset, it's not something you just toss aside maybe when you take the uniform off. It's something that's a part of who you are."
