Reptilian? What is This? Image Appeared on Phone

I capture image of spirits and demons on my channel. I study them, and their weaknesses. Every single one is missing bilateral symmetry. This one appeared on my phone, and I didn’t render it or capture it. It has exact bilateral symmetry. Anyone know what this might be?
