From MrTurbodiesel's perspective: The 7.3L IDI was the last ever mechanical fuel burning diesel engines without any computer electronical fuel control systems. They are durable & reliable once you keep up the maintenance with it. If not maintained, then it would result into cavitation of the cylinder heads and coolant leaking in the motor. My school bus fleet used to have a 1994 Ford E-350 SRW Collins Grand Bantam with that engine. Some of them were handicapped and some of them are not. Please Like, Subscribe, Follow, Rumble & Enjoy.
