We in America, have hundreds of thousands of mentally deranged people on our streets that should be in institutions that can care for them properly and keep them away from the normal population for safety. All these destructive facets though are DONE BY PURPOSE and with the direction of our enemy, the Communist Chinese. NO, it is not hyperbole, no it is not a "conspiracy theory" it is FACT that way too many mentally unstable people are released on to our streets, these people need professional help, not "freedom to roam our streets and cause chaos and harm".
