This video is to disprove an internet video about there being a lighting effect show built into Chrysler, Jeep, Fiat. The video is of a guy excited because he made all of his Chrysler vehicles so a strobing effect with his keyless entry remote. The problem he must have had was not actually looking at the lights. The effect is caused by the recording frame rate. Which is faster then what the eye sees, this makes it look on video like the lights are cycling up and down the led bar.
