I have done a lot of beer diet themes on this channel.
Low Calorie, Non-Alcoholic, Surviving on zero food and only consuming beer for 46 days. This time I wanted to see if I can make the ultimate diet, and see if its something thats sustainable, healthy and most importantly Have Results.

So this year I decided to modify the ONLY BEER DIET and lower the length from 46 days to 31 days.
I also would add a small 20 min low impact workout 4 days a week.
And the largest change, I would consume 1 small meal at dinner time, with trying to stay on the healthier side of options but still allowing me to enjoy the food I love.

So check out this journey where I see if I can have beer be my main source of food and loose weight doing it.
