This move is believed to be linked to the network's massive $787.5 million defamation lawsuit settlement with Dominion Voting Systems. According to reports, the rank and file journalists are being let go, while upper management remains unscathed. However, other reports claim the investigative unit has merely been reorganized, with three employees impacted and four offered new positions within the company.
