Lordco Automotive Boycott

Lordco has to be the biggest rip-off artist going, and of course, it's all legal under the government's watchful eye.

in the last couple of years, Lordco Automotive parts supplier has changed their policies systems, and prices.

Parts that should be only a few dollars are now hundreds of dollars, inflating the prices to unsuspecting customers who don't know any better, taking advantage of people, and just overall ripping people off.

Last summer I needed two Idler arms for my 2005 chevy astro work truck, I was infuriated when this jerk from behind the counter first gave me a gold-plated price of well over $200 EACH for the parts I've paid less than $50 in the past few years. Then the guy has the balls to say "but if you give me a case of beer I'll give you a better price" :( I couldn't believe my ears.

so I wiped out my phone and recorded his extortion.

I then phoned Canadian Tire and bought them for $40 each.

I'll be reporting them to the government, though somehow I'm sure it will land on deaf ears.

it pisses me off that every parts store gives a different price to every person who walks into the store, bc "everyone is doing it" if that's not criminal and unlawful, I guess I don't know the law and its perfectly legal. Oh but BC NDPDavid Ebby is hot on the trial of money launders and fraud eh..but only if its you or I carry cash.

I wonder how much the owners of Lordco "lobbied" and bribed government political parties each year...for a tax write off of course.

quality of service has gone down the drain, god's of Lordco forbid you order a performance part they don't have on their shelves, I order a Comp cam for a project a couple years ago, it took 8 months, then later it turned out the cam was in their warehouse for months. when it did come I took it home, and a month or so later when I opened it to install it the lifters were rusty on the bottom even though it was sealed in plastic. I took it back to the girl who was "helping" me only to here her make every excuse under the sun why they weren't liable, and they weren't going to replace the lifters.

it's obvious we're there to serve them.

what a wonderful society eh...never question anything...just bring plenty of lube for when they fuck you up the ass.
