Today we're making Snickerdoodles!
A delicious fluffy cookie filled with cinnamon. These are easy to make and make your whole house smell like heaven!

Ingredients ( For around 24 cookies )

FOR THE COOKIES:
Butter: 275g
Normal or Demerera Sugar: 325g
Flour: 400g
Eggs: 2
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons
Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon

FOR THE CINNAMON COATING:
Sugar: 180g
Cinnamon: 2 tablespoons
