Can you lose fat and build muscle at the same time!?

There’s some solid evidence showing that you can build muscle and lose fat at the same time but emphasis on protein intake is important. Generally, consuming around .7g/lb/day (1.5g/kg/day) should be adequate protein intake but if your goal is to build muscle and lose fat at the same time and your training is locked in then you may want to consider upping your protein intake above these levels. #buildmuscle #buildmuscleburnfat #losefat #weightlosssuccess #bodybuilding
