WCT PRO 2GO Euro Champs - SF2 - Blacklist v Eurosquad

It's been a few weeks since our last video because we've been busy with WCT4 but we're back with the Euro Championship Semi-Finals - Eurosquad v Blacklist.

After their 6-0 defeat of Fifth Unit in the first round, Blacklist were the team that everyone wanted to avoid so this was always going to be a tough matchup for Eurosquad. There was an unfortunate referee error which went against them in Chase 10 and gifted Blacklist another Evasion but it is unlikely that this would have changed the outcome of the match. The referee decisions were sometimes difficult at this event because we didn’t have the benefit of live action replays. However, we had them for WCT4 and it made a huge difference, so this is definitely something we want to incorporate into all future events.

We’ll start releasing the WCT4 footage from around the end of September but if you’re in the UK, Channel 4 will show a 60 minute WCT4 highlight program at 23:55 on Thursday 19th September so definitely check it out if you can!
