[WCT5-USA] Qualifiers - The Unknown Project vs InTTrepid

Spoiler Alert - In case any of you were wondering…..The final Chase of this match ended in a DTR. Contact was made but it was very close to the 20 seconds and neither of the athletes or the referees could initially tell whether it was a Tag or an Evasion. For those of you that are familiar with WCT, you know that we always have a green lighting sting at 20 seconds to help in situations like this. Unfortunately, we had a lot of technical problems at this event and one of the issues was that we could not automate the green lighting sting. We ended up having to trigger it manually and that is why there is a slight delay between the 20 second buzzer and the green lighting sting. As a result, during the replay of the final chase, it looks like the Tag takes place within the 20 seconds (based on the fact that it happens before the green light). However, it does indeed happen after the 20 seconds (as you can see from the Timer graphic during the replay). On the day, the referees checked it against the buzzer and NOT the green light sting and it was clear to them that contact happened AFTER the 20 second had passed. (Apologies for the long winded explanation but thought it might be worth clearing up any confusion!!).
