In this guided meditation, you will have an opportunity to relax your body very deeply, to calm and center your mind, and to go into an expanded state of awareness where you can ask for and receive messages that are important to you. First, find a quiet place to comfortably sit or lie down where you will not be disturbed. Shut off your phone, close the door, dim the lights, do whatever you need to do to ensure that you will not be disturbed during this exercise. This is your time, a time for total relaxation and inner stillness. I will guide you through a body relaxation, Robert Monroe's affirmation, and then you will experience a free flowing period of calming hemisync signals where you can perceive far beyond the limits of the five physical senses where you can ask questions to which you desire an answer. Begin now by closing your eyes and taking in a slow deep breath. Hold it for a moment and then slowly exhale. Allow any tension to melt away as you gradually relax more and more deeply with each breath. Take another slow deep breath in. Breathe in a sense of peace.
