Hamburger Steak on "la Plancha" for the Lone Star Grillz Pellet Smoker

"la Plancha" means Steel Plate in Spanish and is what is used to cook on like a griddle. You have the option to purchase a rack and Plancha from the LSG website for your pellet smoker. Here's my first time using it!!
