用薩瓦省獨特的蕎麥麵片、培根和阿爾卑斯山區特產之霍布洛雄起司一起烘烤出的美味麵食。
這個南法家常美食Croziflette是Yohan的最愛之一!!!我們在影片中使用的是Reblochon起司,但你也可以以好吃的高山起司Tomm de Savoie代替,熱量還比較低喔(使用脫脂奶)😏 Morbier也行,半軟質的Morbier融化後可是又濃又香,口水都要滴下來啦!😍
This easy-to-make homemade dish : Croziflette is one of Yohan’s favorites!! We’re using Reblochon in this video yet you can also replace it with Tomm de Savoie which the calories are relatively lower (it’s make by skimmed milk)😏! Morbier also works! The semi-soft cheese melts very well and give you thick and fragrant feel when you taste it, you will definitely love it!
