The annual Taipei Bakery show, probably one of the few bakery shows to be held worldwide this year. We discuss consumer trends in Taiwan, problems with trading during this year, differences between Taiwanese and French bakery. We met winners from the cake decorating section, plus from chocolate, chocolate showpiece, and gateaux sections.
