The IPL 2023 playoffs are here, and four teams have qualified: Gujarat Titans, Chennai Super Kings, Lucknow Super Giants, and Mumbai Indians. Below is the schedule for the upcoming matches.

The last day of the IPL 2023 league phase was filled with excitement as Mumbai Indians secured the final playoff spot. They defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by eight wickets at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, which helped them climb to fourth place and pushed Royal Challengers Bangalore to fifth place. To secure the playoff spot instead of Mumbai Indians, RCB needed to win their final match against Gujarat Titans, but unfortunately, they lost and finished in sixth place.

In their chase of 201 runs, Mumbai Indians reached 201/2 in just 18 overs. Cameron Green played an outstanding unbeaten innings of 100 runs off 47 balls, while captain Rohit Sharma contributed with 56 runs off 37 deliveries. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Mayank Dagar took one wicket each for Sunrisers Hyderabad. Earlier, SRH posted a total of 200/5 in their 20 overs, thanks to brilliant batting performances from Mayank Agarwal and Vivrant Sharma. Mayank scored 83 runs off 46 balls, and Vivrant smashed 69 runs off 47 balls. Akash Madhwal was impressive with the ball for Mumbai Indians, taking four wickets.

Mumbai Indians' victory, along with the weather conditions in Bengaluru, led to disappointment among RCB fans. However, the rain stopped, and the match began with RCB's opener Virat Kohli showcasing his brilliance by scoring an unbeaten century. Kohli played a fantastic innings of 101 runs off 61 balls, helping RCB post a total of 197/5 in 20 overs and setting a target of 198 runs for Gujarat Titans. Noor Ahmad took two wickets for GT. In their chase, Gujarat Titans had their own centurion, Shubman Gill, who scored an unbeaten 104 runs off 52 balls, guiding GT to 198/4 in 19.1 overs and securing a six-wicket victory. Mohammed Siraj took two wickets for RCB.

With Gujarat Titans' win, they finished the league phase at the top of the table with 20 points from 14 matches. Chennai Super Kings (17 points) secured the second position, followed by Lucknow Super Giants (17 points) in third place. Mumbai Indians (16 points) and Rajasthan Royals (14 points) secured the fourth and fifth positions, respectively. Royal Challengers Bangalore (14 points) ended up in sixth place.
