Is Paragon good or Guardian better? Paragon/Guardian + Arc Torrent 10&6

In this clip we will be comparing 2 Mechs: Paragon and Guardian with Arc torrent 10&6 equipped. Of course, each is good at dealing damage or getting destroyed by Rocket Mortars, but both have distinct stats like speed, HP, and skill.
