The National Citizens Inquiry testimony of Dr. Matthew Tucker, a family and emergency physician with 21 years of service in the military. He speaks about the increase in mental health issues among the Canadian soldiers. During covid, spouses and children were not allowed to visit. This made the isolation and depression worse. Dr. Tucker is dedicated to helping these soldiers and telling their stories.
